The test suite is designed to carry out functional testing of a device’s Secure Element payments application (UICC) based on Mobile MasterCard PayPass – M/Chip 4 standards (view press release). Secure element vendors can use the Suite to ensure their products conform to standards and won’t encounter complications during approval by MasterCard.
The Suite is based on 950 test cases designed to cover all levels on functionality of an application’s Secure Element. Collis claims its product “significantly increases” the chances of Mobile PayPass approval. The release is part of a wider company offering for mobile payments.
