As a result of the expansion, Toronto based UseMyServices now provides real time online banking payment services to 18 countries through its flagship product, UseMyFunds (view press release). As an initial promotion in these countries, UseMyService is offering a ‘rebate’ programme to new retailers who sign up by 1st May and go live by 15th June 2012. The rebate will be calculated based on the first 90 days of transaction fees processed.
“Our goal since we launched in 2002 has been to provide a practical alternative to credit cards for both online merchants and consumers through online bank payments,” said CEO Joseph Iuso. “2012 has gotten off to a great start for us – the new countries are just the beginning of the expansions coming up, so we thought it would be a great time to offer an additional incentive to “try us out,”” commented VP of merchant services, Melody Wigdahl.
The company plans to expand into Eastern Europe and the Philippines soon.
