Indian payment service provider Atom technologies, part of the Financial Technologies Group, is teaming up with Visa and Reliance Securities to enable to latter’s one million customers make online money transfers to their broking accounts using a Visa debit card. The service enables Reliance Securities account holders to register their Visa Debit card to the Reliance Securities website and make online payments in real time. (view press release)
“From today millions of investors can pay for their stock and commodity investments with the same convenience that they experience when they use Visa anywhere else,” said Visa group country manager for India and South Asia, Mr Uttam Nayak.
