Facebook prices IPO

Facebook has confirmed that at IPO it will sell 180 million Class A common stock shares at USD28 and UD35 each. The social network has also revealed how well it monetises its ads - in the US and Canada the firm makes USD9.51 in revenues per user, in Europe it generates USD4.86, in Asia USD1.79 and the rest of the world, USD1.42.

The social network has also just launched an offers feature that may demonstrate to businesses how well their ads on the site reach consumers. Companies will be able to create coupons which can be redeemed in their physical store and distribute them through the social network for free.
