MasterCard Worldwide appoints Nancy O’Malley Chief Payment System Integrity Officer

New Chief Payment System Integrity Officer

The appointment will be effective as from 29th May and O’Malley will report to MasterCard General Counsel and Chief Franchise Integrity Officer, Noah Hanft (view press release). O’Malley replaces Wendy Murdock who is taking on the role of Group Executive, Policy and System Integrity Development.

In her new role, O’Malley will be responsible for the management of global strategies relating to enterprise-wide information security, customer security and risk services, fraud investigations and fraud management solutions. She will also become a member of the MasterCard Operating Committee.

Prior to this role, O’Malley served as Vice President of Asset Recovery for Security Service Federal Credit Union. She built up her career focusing on fraud prevention and asset recovery at USAA Federal Savings Bank.
