STAR Network adds Austin Telco Federal Credit Union

PIN-secured debit point-of-sale and ATM access

Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is joining the STAR Network in a new multi-year agreement through which STAR will provide PIN-secured debit point-of-sale and ATM access to its members (view press release). The STAR EFT network is a First Data company with around 2 million retail and ATM locations. Austin Telco serves the five county Austin metro area and has 26 ATMs and 22 branch locations.

We chose STAR as our PIN debit network because we believe their expertise in debit and the services they offer will help us provide payment capabilities that will satisfy member demand and create loyalty,” said Austin Telco president and CEO James Poplin.
