Meeting the billing expectations of today's consumers

Digital River, a provider of global cloud commerce solutions, is enhancing its World Payments solution with cloud-based subscription billing (view press release). The company has offered subscriptions for more than a decade as part of its Global Commerce enterprise solution and now it is extending the service to World Payments. The integrated offering now provides merchants a single solution through which to access online payment processing and cloud based subscription billing. The solution is designed to increase recurring revenue across global markets and optimise the payment lifecycle from subscription initiation to commerce transaction and payment.

More merchants are seeking end-to-end subscriptions solutions to meet the complex billing expectations of todays connected consumers,” said SVP and general manager of Digital River World Payments Souheil Badran. “The addition of our cloud-based subscription solution strengthens our support for merchants throughout the payment and subscription lifecycle. We can now act as a single partner merchants rely on for payment-related services to help them drive recurring revenue growth across global markets.”
