Zepherella enhances PatientPay solution

06 Jul 12 - - New ProductsUSA
An automated solution

Zepherella, a provider of paperless billing and electronic payment processing for the healthcare industry, has enhanced its online service, PatientPay (view press release). Employing its patented technology, the latest feature is designed to improve administrative efficiencies by providing quick and reliable pricing, payment collection and payment reconciliation on adjudicated claims. Zepherella claims the solution provides physicians with an automated solution that reduces the cost to handle a traditional paper invoice by up to 50% for a USD100 payment.

This new feature is a reflection of Zepherella’s mission to make PatientPay the most attractive patient payment solutions for all ambulatory practice management and revenue cycle management vendors,” said Zepherella CEO, Tom Furr. “It recognises the market’s direction toward high-deductible insurance policies and need for healthcare providers to automate a paper-intensive, time-consuming process.”
