Introduces m-banking app for iPad

Australian financial services provider, Westpac, is launching an m-banking application for iPad devices, reports computerworld.au. The mobile banking app will allow users to check account balances, transfer funds between accounts and pay for bills through BPay.

The app uses a visual representation of bank accounts with the ability to see the balance of each account when users log-in. They will then be able to drag and drop an account on top of another to transfer money in between accounts, pay other users or bills through BPay and email receipts of transactions.
