Andrews Federal Credit Union installs new core solution from Symitar

Andrews Federal Credit Union, is installing Episys, a customizable automation solution, from Symitar, a division of Jack Henry & Associates, a provider of technology solutions and payment processing services primarily for the financial services industry (view press release). Andrews Federal Credit Union wanted a platform with centralised data and more open functionality than its previous solution. Through increased automation in the back and front office, including an automated contact centre and account opening process, Episys aims to enable Andrews Federal Credit Union to create greater efficiencies by around 20%.
