QuickPay extends m-payment service to gated parking facilities

QuickPay, a mobile parking technology provider, is extending its m-payment service, QP QuickPay, to support off-street gated facilities in the US, according to The Paypers. To facilitate this, the company has developed and deployed the QP GateKit for parking facilities with entry and exit barriers. The kit will integrate with a number of existing parking systems and will deliver cloud and mobile capabilities.

In other news, QuickPay is appointing Barney Pell as its CEO and has raised USD3.5 million in funding round which will be used to expand the sales and engineering department and further build out the product to launch in new cities.
