Constant Contact, a company which aims to bring together small organisations and their customers, is integrating payment solutions provider, ProPay, into its event management product, EvenSpot (view press release). EvenSpot enables small businesses, non-profits and associations which hold events will now be able to accept online mobile credit card payments. The ProPay integration will offer an all-in-one merchant account and payment gateway designed specifically for small businesses. EvenSpot customers will be able to accept credit card payments from event registrants through their merchant accounts and Authorize.net from within EvenSpot, this will enable the direct payment of event fees to their account. Registrants will be able to sign up for events from the registration page and pay with a credit card without being redirected to other sites to make payments.
