AT&T retail stores to sell Square card readers

Sold at AT&T retail stores

Mobile payments provider, Square, is distributing its card readers to around 1,000 AT&T company owned retail stores (view press release). The agreement means that Square card readers are available for sale at around 20,000 retail locations across the US. The Square card reader allows users to accept credit card payments on their mobile device.

AT&T stores are a convenient retail destination for purchasing Square Card Readers, offering entrepreneurs the ability to purchase all of the devices they need to run their business in one place,” said Jeffrey Kolovson, head of Retail Distribution at Square. “Square Card Reader makes it easier than ever for businesses to get started and grow using only their mobile device.”
