Optimal Payments to issue prepaid cards

Optimal Payments, a provider of online payments in the UK, plans to issue prepaid cards, including its own Net+ MasterCard prepaid card (view press release). As the direct issuer of its own prepaid card, the company claims it will be able to extend the Net+ programme further and actively pursue additional commercial opportunities.
