Doha Bank is launching a new electronic money transfer service in Dubai, UAE. Users of the service will be able to send money overseas via their laptop, smartphone or any device with internet access through the DBank Online Banking service. There are 13 countries customers can transfer funds to, which includes India, Philippines, Lebanon and Turkey.
