doxo launches Mobile QR Codes to Boost mobile bill payments

Connect QR Code

doxo, an all-in-one digital file cabinet and e-payment solutions, is launching its Connect QR Code (view press release). The codes will allow businesses that are on doxo to connect with mobile customers by featuring a Connect QR on their documents, including bills, statements, envelopes or promotional mailers. By scanning the QR code with an enabled mobile device, a customer is able to immediately connect with that provider, receive and view their bill into their personal digital file cabinet, and make a payment directly from their personal bank account with doxoPAY.

Mobile is the fastest growing customer channel, but to date has been difficult for many businesses to efficiently utilise. Because of this, it’s important that we maximise the functionality of mobile devices to make it even easier for users to connect with their providers, access account documents, and make payments,” said Roger Parks, VP of Product at doxo. “The new Connect QR Codes enable businesses to offer this functionality without requiring users to create another biller account or download another app.”
