Social e-commerce company, Ondango, has raised USD500,000 in a funding round led by Connect Ventures, with participation from Estag Capital and angel investors. The Berlin-based startup provides an online shopping platform to let brands sell their products directly from their Facebook pages. Ondango claims to be working with approximately 400 customers around the world, while its platform is available in 14 different languages. The company says it will use the funding to further boost its offerings and the number of businesses that use its platform.
