Carta Worldwide, a provider of prepaid and mobile payment transaction processing technology, is partnering with IDT Finance, a regulated bank, to introduce MasterCard and Visa prepaid card programmes and mobile NFC programmes to European markets (view press release). Carta is already certified as a third party processor with MasterCard and Visa, providing prepaid processing services, technology application and professional services in line with the industry’s security standards. The company also aims to provide interoperable, market ready solutions that leverage the latest technology in contactless, mobile, EMV and chip technology.
