Outsourced billing services provider Billtrust has announced its newest “Billing Rockstars,” formally recognising professionals who are transforming billing processes within their organizations.
“Billing Rockstars” are highlighted for the use of advanced billing tools and techniques that help improve the overall health of companies. Billtrust recognised the following individuals since December:
- Tracy Garrett, Shared Services, OldCastle APG — Garrett helped the Atlanta, Ga.-based provider of concrete masonry, lawn and garden products become an early adopter of consolidated billing facilitated by Billtrust’s Invoice Central, a one-stop online payment hub for businesses paying multiple vendors..
- Peggy Kemp, Manager of Credit and Collections, Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corp. — Kemp helped the North American unit of Paris-based construction materials giant Saint-Gobain achieve an eAdoption rate of 95 percent, signaling broad customer enthusiasm for electronic bill presentment and payment options provided by Billtrust.
- Brenda Jalowiec, Global Director of Credit and AR, Nidec Motor Corp. — Jalowiec helped the St. Louis, Mo.-based manufacturer of commercial, industrial, and appliance motors achieve an eAdoption rate of 91% with the help of Billtrust’s Invoice Central portal. To strengthen customer relationships, Jalowiec incorporates on-bill messaging and bill marketing techniques, and uses Billtrust’s four print and mail facilities to ensure speedy delivery to customers requesting paper bills.
