European prepaid BIN sponsor, IDT Financial Services Limited (IDT Finance) and MasterCard have announced a five year business agreement to jointly expand their investment in the prepaid card space.
The new agreement builds upon a six year relationship between the two companies for the issuance of pan European Prepaid MasterCard cards. It facilitates investment in specific strategic initiatives by Program Managers that work with IDT Finance.
“This new agreement reflects our close working relationship and solid partnership with MasterCard,” said Daniel Spier, Managing Director of IDT Finance. “MasterCard is a leader in technological innovation to enable prepaid secure payments. We are proud that they are supporting our long term growth initiatives.”
Marion King, President for MasterCard UK & Ireland stated, “We are delighted to be working with IDT Finance, a leading prepaid issuing bank. Our agreement builds on our strong heritage in the prepaid payment sector and ensures that the business between MasterCard and IDT Finance continues to flourish.”
