Softgate Systems has announced that James P. Corcoran has joined the Board of Directors. The appointment provided that company with expert testimony and related legal services for the financial services industry.
Mr. Corcoran has over 40 years of legal and regulatory experience and has served as Superintendent of Insurance of the State of New York from 1983 to 1990, was a partner at the law firm of Winston and Strawn and a partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft, and was Executive Vice President of the American General Corporation.
