Fiserv, Inc. has announced that Dr. Kathy Herziger-Snider has joined the company as vice president of channel management, Card Services. In this role, Dr. Herziger-Snider will provide strategic business development leadership, with a specific focus on the credit union segment, for the Card Services division.
Herziger-Snider comes to Fiserv with extensive payments and core services industry expertise. Most recently she was vice president of product development at CO-OP Financial Services where her responsibilities included establishing execution and delivery of the organization product plan into the overall corporate strategy.
“The credit union market continues to be an important focus for us,” said Jayne Berthelsen, senior vice president of channel management, Card Services, Fiserv. “Kathy will lead our card processing expansion efforts to include the retention and expansion of existing relationships, and she is a recognized and seasoned industry professional in the credit union space.”
