Bill.com, a cloud-based payment platform, has raised USD38m backed by Scale Venture Partners. Contribution also came from Bank of America, American Express, Fifth Third Bank, and an unnamed angel investor. The Palo Alto-based startup intends to use the funds for growth, customer acquisition and additional integration with third-parties.
The funding means total captial raised by Bill.com now amounts to USD80m.
