Revel Systems has announced that it has partnered with Index, a retail software company that brings the personalization and measurement of online commerce to the offline world.
The partnership between Revel Systems and Index will provide retailers with a revolutionary point of sale solution that takes in-store customer experiences to the next level. As customers can pay for their purchases and redeem personalized incentives with Index mobile technology, which is integrated directly with the Revel Systems point of sale.
The solution has already been installed in the San Francisco-based Cako Bakery chain. “We think the integrated Index and Revel product is a best in class solution,” said Albert Chen, owner of Cako Bakery. “Our customers are the most important part of our business, and with Index, we can now provide them with a personalized experience. When customers arrive at Cako, Index helps us to greet them and provide relevant recommendations through the Cako App. That, combined with Revel’s powerful point of sale, allows us to nurture customer relationships, increase sales, and optimize the ROI of our marketing efforts.”
“The decision to work with Index came naturally,” said Lisa Falzone, CEO and co-founder of Revel Systems. “Their customer-facing user experience integrated smoothly with Revel’s API, and it greatly personalizes the customer experience. Both companies had the same goals, and we had an immediate need for this integrated solution.”
