Ingo Money appoints Dickson Chu as EVP, Corporate Development & Chief Product Officer

Ingo Money, a pioneer in guaranteed funds technology, has announced the appointment of Dickson Chu as its new Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Chief Product Officer. Chu will oversee the company’s product development and user experience, as well as taking a lead role in its corporate development strategy.

Chu’s previous roles span senior management and VP positions at Yahoo! PayDirect, LivingSocial and Citi’s Global Enterprise Payments business unit. During his six years at Paypal, he grew the Global Merchant Services business from USD 60m to USD 1bn, before progressing to Vice President and Head of Global Products and Experience – a role that provided ample experience of leading product strategy, development and user experience design.

“Dickson’s diverse strategic, technical and business leadership experience and his depth of knowledge and relationships in the payments industry make him ideally suited to join Ingo Money as chief product officer and head of corporate development,” said Drew Edwards, Founder and CEO of Ingo Money.

Explaining his decision to take the role, Chu said: “Ingo represents the next evolution in financial services with its omni-channel, all digital approach to providing ubiquitous ‘good funds’ capabilities to consumers and financial services providers. I have had the privilege of working at terrific companies with great teams and I feel right at home with the incredibly talented team I am joining at Ingo Money.”
