iDonor has announced it has partnered with Pyx Payments, an international mobile payments provider that is PCI-DSS security standards compliant, as the new electronic wallet for philanthropists.
iDonor, during last year’s #GivingTuesday, launched a responsive web and mobile application (widget) dedicated to facilitating micro donation transactions to inspire individuals to take collaborative action to improve their local communities. The strategic partnership with PyxPay enables iDonor to mobilize and activate the next generation of philanthropists through the new iDonor widget ‘Donate Now’ button using the robust e-Wallet secure technology of PyxPay so donations can be made fast and effectively by the donor.
“Partnering with PyxPay and the new eWallet allows donors who make regular donations on the iDonor platform to have their preferred method of payment securely saved with PyxPay online so that all future philanthropic donations are performed easily and with the safe knowledge that their eWallet is PCI Certified and protected by the highest standards on data encryption.” said Ken Brenner, Founder of Interactive Donor Corp.
PyxPay CEO, Maner Puyawan added “We are excited about our Partnership with iDonor and the innovation that they bring to philanthropy. We see iDonor as a new movement to democratize giving at the micro-donation level. Empowering individuals to give anytime, anywhere and be rewarded is aligned with our Company’s vision.”
