Crystal Clear Payments has announced a new strategic alliance with Elan Financial Services to provide ATM and card processing for Crystal Clear Payments’ community financial institution customers.
Crystal Clear Payments will employ Elan’s size and long-standing investment in ATM processing technology, programme management and client support services, which translates into lower fees for financial institutions. The EFT processing firm brings the experience of managing over 4 billion transactions annually, while supporting more than 35,000 ATMs, to the partnership with Crystal Clear Payments
In addition to their partnership with Elan, Crystal Clear Payments offers several niche services, such as “Fraud Moxie”, Crystal Clear’s award-winning fraud detection system, and “Crystal Clear Pure Rewards” which allows financial institutions to completely customize their own rewards programs. And now with the launch and integration of “Crystal Clear Mobile” with Elan, cardholders will have control of their card program at their fingertips.
“With our mobile solution the cardholder can activate their cards, change their PINs, report their card as lost or stolen, manage and redeem their rewards accounts, interact with ‘Fraud Moxie’ and much more,” said Dan Cook CEO at Crystal Clear Payments.
