Invoice IT is to provide Field Service Technicians with a means of creating bills and taking payments while on the job with clients.
The company has joined the ServiceMax Marketplace, a field service management suite that offers apps and programmes from a range of different providers.
Invoice IT says that its service is native to the platform, works with Salesforce, and can be configured to an individual company’s workflows and billing requirements in order to speed up payment collection and strengthen cashflow. CEO Richard Goodall described the tie-in with ServiceMarket as a way for customers to “automate, monitor and enhance their business operations.”
“As billing, payments and revenue recognition is at the heart of every business, doing it efficiently and accurately is essential for both customer service, and your own bottom line,” he added.
At present, the company processes 800 million transactions a year, worth $5 billion in revenues.
