With most banks now having mobile banking applications as a standard part of their service, it’s no surprise that many people are finding banking on the go the easiest way to manage their finances.
What is more interesting is exactly in what situations customers decide to have a look at their finances. Here is an infographic from JP Morgan Chase & Co that shows where US consumers like to access the mobile banking apps.
“This survey tells us what our customers have shown us over the last two years. They love the ease of handling their routine banking online, on their phone and at an ATM,” said Barry Sommers, CEO of Chase Consumer Banking.
