Live Group increases POS service performance with TNS’ global wireless access

March 1, 2016 – Leading Australian taxi payment solutions company Live Group is expanding its Wireless POS offering to include the new state-of-the-art Global Wireless Access payment network solution from Transaction Network Services (TNS).

Live Group will leverage the strengths of TNS’ overall Managed Wireless POS service including Global Wireless Access (GWA), to deliver a seamless, high quality, efficient service to its taxi drivers with increased coverage, enabling them to dedicate more time to the crucial task of fulfilling fares.

The new agreement with Live Group makes TNS one of the leading providers of dedicated payment network solutions to the Australian taxi industry, serving more than 24,000 taxi drivers across the country.

The TNS Managed Wireless POS solution includes an advanced SIM management and diagnostics portal which will allow Live Group to provision SIMs quickly and easily, as well as view and make changes in real time. The solution also allows the bulk provisioning of SIMs, which contributes significantly to simplifying SIM operation and management, optimizing the total cost of ownership
