MUUME and Ingenico Payment Services combine to support retailers in digitizing the purchasing and ordering processes

The Swiss Fintech company MUUME and European payment service provider Ingenico Payment Services have concluded an agreement. Both companies are hoping that with this agreement they will be able to specifically help retailers to digitize their purchasing and ordering processes.

The focus of the cooperation is a tailor-made solution created by both companies – an app adapted to the needs of each retailer, helping retailers to further strengthen their own brand. MUUME’s contribution to the cooperation is its many years of experience in managing digital product data, digital payments and app and backend development. Ingenico will be contributing its expertise in the areas of payment, fraud management and loyalty & couponing.

MUUME digitizes everyday purchasing and consumer processes on the smartphone and combines these with standard payment services and value-added services such as customer loyalty or click&collect. Shopping, finding out information, paying and collecting points – everything is done digitally via an app, be it at the POS, on the move or at home.
