Banks are focusing on and investing in new technologies to enhance the customer experience. What started with online banking has now spread to mobile banking apps enabling consumers to make payments and manage their accounts on the go. Certain banks such as the ClearXchange alliance (Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Chase) have also entered the mobile wallet market.
