Ad company Matomy Media Group has bought digital ad agency Adperio, which specialises in social media and virtual currency. The acquisition will be carried out gradually over four years and the final value is estimated to come to USD30m. This is Matomy’s second acquisition, after purchasing a Mexican digital advertising company earlier this year.
“This is an important strategic move to expand Matomy’s operations in the US market, and to enter new media fields and categories, such as the entertainment and financial industries where Adperio has large clients,” says Matomy CEO Ofer Druker.
