
Mobile Interactive Group (MIG) has purchased the remaining minority stake in digital marketing agency Digital Jigsaw to increase its cross-platform business. MIG is a UK-based mobile marketing firm which previously owned a 56% majority stake in Digital Jigsaw. MIG says it will be integrating Jigsaw’s method of customer development and providing existing clients with non-mobile services. It will also be able to sell more of its offerings to Jigsaw’s clients, which include Vodafone, PlayStation and Pepsi. MIG has been active in the acquisitions market recently with the purchases of mobile payments firm Zaypay and mobile marketers Golden Bytes. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
