HP releases new products to speed up customers’ retail experience at this year’s National Retail Federation (NRF). The products were shows at HP’s Seamless Customer Experience stand. Their new solutions include a barcode scanner, which can scan both 1D and 2D barcodes, even on mobile devices. Other solutions provide a mobile PoS solution which has a barcode scanner and magnetic stripe reader available for phones and tablets. Then there is the release of the new family of kiosks (named Interactive Experience) and self-checkout solutions (named Customer Experience).
“HP is becoming the provider of choice for retailers that want to implement this seamless customer experience with affordable, leading-edge technology backed by best-in-class software partners,” said Ray Carlin, vice president and general manager, Retail Solutions Global Business Unit, HP. On 19th January, HP also announched that it will be working with SMEs in UK to support their growth
