I Love Velvet provides payment solution for Nespresso
Having received EMV2 certification last month, I love Velvet is now making steps into the hospitality industry by installing a customised mobile payment solution at the Nespresso Café in SoHo, New York. The new technology will be incorporated with existing Micros RES technology and uses its own patented application and hardware, which includes an Apple certified microchip. The mobile solution can be utilized for PoS payment and taking orders – it is designed to provide tools to help staff be more knowledgeable about the menu and engage more effectively with customers.
I Love Velvet claims it’s new solution for Nespresso will streamline operations, enhance customer-staff relationships, optimise kitchen preparation, provide a loyalty programme for repeat customers and offer payment card security.
The company’s hardware and software can be tailored and sent out to customers within two days.
