Integrated POS solution
Following plans to expand and improve customer service the US home brewing retailer has integrated Retail Anywhere’s POS with its cloud-based ERP solution from Netsuite. Northern Brewer explains that its previous solution lacked sophisticated POS functionality and was vulnerable to downtime due to it being entirely internet based. (view press release)
The Retail Anywhere POS operates locally on POS hardware and uses web services to enable near real time, bi directional integration with NetSuite. The new solution provides an end-to-end, cloud based, multi-channel retail management system with a single data source.
Retail Anywhere CEO, Branden Jenkins, claims “the integrated retail ERP system delivers a robust, cloud-based solution enabling Northern Brewer to achieve their plans for multi-channel retailing and company growth.”
