Jack Henry Associates, a technology solutions and processing services provider to the financial services industry, is deploying its Symitar division Episys core processing system to provide business-wide automation for American Airlines (AA) Credit Union. The implementation and conversion process will take 18 months. (view press release)
Gary Lindsey, AA Credit Union’s vice president says “Symitar’s Episys system will offer the credit union robust functionality, customization capabilities to deliver product enhancements faster, and the ability to tailor our products and services to better meet our members’ needs… That means increased efficiency, shorter wait times, and better overall personal service for our more than 232,000 member-owners.”
AA Credit Union is the ninth largest in the US and has over $5.6 billion in assets.
