Mobile bill payment app
The new partnership will develop a mobile bill payment app for Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile customers in the US (view press release). No-contract, prepaid customers on these networks will be able to use the app to pay bills to national, regional and local service providers directly from their mobile phone. The app will be compatible with Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards and is due for release on all Boost Mobile handsets this month.
Steve Taylor, PreCash CEO says “PreCash has been processing bill payments for wireless carriers and other billers for more than ten years, and we are excited about this opportunity to help the no-contract brands penetrate the emerging mobile wallet market.”
