New funding
Social Rewards, a company which provides loyalty marketing rewards programs for businesses, has raised USD600,000 in new funding from undisclosed investors, according to an SEC filing. The total includes debt financing as well as options and warrants. Social Rewards helps transform a company’s existing loyalty programme into a distribution platform via social media, encouraging customers to share and retweet good deals. Users earn points for sharing, which they can redeem for real world products and gifts.
