Revel Systems partners with Best Buy’s Geek Squad for tech support

Streamlining the installation process

Revel Systems, developer of an iPad and iPhone mobile POS solution for restaurants, is employing Best Buy’s tech support service, Geek Squad, to install Revel products across the US. The partnership is designed to streamline the installation process for Revel merchant clients. (view press release)

Best Buy’s Geek Squad claims to be the US’s first national task force dedicated to resolving technological challenges around the clock. Revel’s mobile POS solution connects servers hosted in the cloud with iPads in the restaurant which can be used to manage the menu, take orders, process payments and provide reporting in real time. The solution can also be customised for payroll, inventory tracking and email receipts.
