A symbiotic relationship
UK based prepaid-card solution provider, MH Pillars, is to acquire the strategic assets of Canadian online payment processor, AlertPay (view press release). Through the deal both parties will look to expand their customer bases and increase their international market presence through the development of their technology and payment tools. Equipped with its proprietary content, Alertpay claims MH Pillars will have a comprehensive suite of solutions with which to enter the online payments industry.
“We feel that our e-wallet and payment processing capabilities coupled with MH Pillars prepaid-card expertise will form a symbiotic relationship,” says AlertPay CEO Firoz Patel.
