The eSignature company is teaming up with PayPal for instant payments in DocuSign transactions (view press release). The new service, dubbed DocuSign Payment, helps businesses complete deals and obtain revenues faster by capturing legally binding digital signatures and collecting payment simultaneously. Customers can sign and pay from any browser or mobile device. The integration with PayPal means merchants can collect payments, as customers DocuSign documents, without additional programming, coding or IT involvement.
“DocuSign Payment combines two trusted industry standards – DocuSign eSignatures and PayPal Payments – into a single transaction process,” said Keith Krach, chairman and CEO of DocuSign. “This combination of cloud services enhances the DocuSign customer experience by offering more complete, convenient and better transaction services.”
