Looking to accelerate global expansion
Mozido and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) are entering a strategic partnership to globally expand Mozido’s mobile payment platform, including the Enterprise Global Cloud Payment Network (view press release). The deal merges TCS’s expertise in systems integration and business and compliance solutions with Mozido’s B2B and B2C multi-channel mobile financial services platform. The two companies’ suite of integrated solutions are designed to serve a broad base of consumers, banked and unbanked, and connect them to the financial ecosystem.
“Strategic partnerships play an essential role in Mozido’s growth strategy,” said Mozido chairman, Richard Braddock. “By leveraging TCS’ expertise in our focus sectors of banking and finance, retail, consumer packaged goods, and government/public sector, as well as their dominant presence in our target regions, Mozido will be able to accelerate our global expansion in an extremely competitive space.”
