
New Consumer Services execs
Katrina Lane and David Yoo will be joining the company’s US Consumer Services leadership team (view press release). Lane will head up the Consumer Cards and Experiences team as executive vice president. She previously served as CTO at Caesars Entertainment. In her new role, Lane will be responsible for enhancing the Cardmember experience and overseeing customer segmentation, retention and advocacy. Yoo will head up the Commerce Innovation team, pioneering new applications and experiences to help cardmembers shop smarter. Previously, Yoo was senior vice president of strategy, product and marketing at mobile payment network Boku.
