Immediate payment upon release of funds
Payoneer, a global payments company, is now providing payment services for uShip.com, allowing transporters to quickly access their payments (view press release). Payoneer delivers immediate payment upon release of funds so transporters on the online marketplace have access to capital whenever they need it.
uShip.com is a global transportation marketplace serving the vehicle, freight and household goods shipping markets. The site launched uShip Payments last year, a payment system that helps carriers get paid quickly online, and the partnership with Payoneer is designed to further expedite the payment process for transporters who regularly need quick access to funds whilst on the road for things such as fuel, repairs and tyres.
“For large global contractor workforces, like the ones that uShip helps to facilitate, payment delivery can be very complex,” said Yuval Tal, president and founder of Payoneer. “But to the end-user the payment needs to be easily accessible and extremely timely. Payoneer is an integral way for marketplace businesses like uShip to grow their business and quickly pay their contractors and members with little complexity for the business or the payee.”
