Canadian ATM provider DirectCash Payments announces today a cash dividend of USD0.115 (11.5 cents) per share for the month of June 2012 (view press release). The dividend will be paid on July 31 2012 to shareholders of record on June 29 2012 and is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada). The Company’s policy is to pay dividends to shareholders of record on or about the last day of each month or on the last business day of the preceding month.
