Simplifing the checkout process
Electronic payment solutions provider, AsiaPay, is extending its partnership with Yahoo! Hong Kong, by providing the Member Payment Service to the search engine’s deals website (view press release). The service is designed to simplify the checkout process in order to improve the efficiency of online payments. Member Payment Service complements the merchant’s membership system, enabling customers to make purchases using their membership account. The service saves credit card and customer information automatically when making the first purchase. Thereafter, customers will be required to type in their login name, password and CVV. There is also a dual password protection feature, designed to improve online transaction security while streamlining the checkout procedure.
