Chexar Networks, a provider of solutions for converting paper checks into Good Funds, has completed the acquisition of Clear Payments, a Nashville-based remote and mobile deposit check 21 settlement company (view press release). Chexar intends to continue to operate the Nashville location as a sales and technology centre and all key staff have agreed to stay on with the company.
“The acquisition creates a unique foundation through which our clients will experience an array of new deposit and good funds products targeted at providing a superior consumer experience, access and pricing,” said Randy Simoneaux, CEO of Clear Payments.
