
Western Union Gold Prepaid Card
i2c, a provider of payment processing and emerging commerce solutions is partnering with financial services company, Western Union, to launch a prepaid card in the Philippines (view press release). The Western Union Gold Prepaid Card has been launched using i2c’s global processing platform, MCP. The card will allow consumers to direct a Western Union Money Transfer transaction directly into a card, to utilise a split payout option to load part of a remittance onto a card and receive the rest in cash. The card also incorporates mobile text features designed to help consumers manage their money.
